Very Good
Beautiful location and gorgeous views. Nice calm hotel for a cozy getaway.
The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. It took too long to refill the foods that were empty. At 9.30 they were out of whole grain bread and a refill didn’t come until 5-10 minutes before the breakfast ended.

Beautiful place, specially with so much snow around
Staff promptly solved an issue with the room we were allocated - it did not smell pleasant at all. After we communicated the issue another room was promptly assigned to us.
Maybe I'm being picky but my wife would like to have some cake for breakfast and such option was not available.

Thank you for a great time
The spa area was absolutely gorgeous. The room was very elegant and tasteful and had good cleaning. The staff very welcoming. The location was stunning, but a tip is to NOT come here by car after dark. There is no lighting on the roads and there was a daze all the way up to the hotel.
